Soccer Performance Camp 2019
Camp will run June 18th through July 30th (6 weeks)
*No training on July 4th*
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:30p-6:00p
Ages 10-19 years old
(athletes will be split into age appropriate groups)
Training will take place on the turf field and in the sports performance center
Our sessions deliver on the three most important athletic qualities for competitive soccer players:
1) Drills for ball skills
2) Speed & Agility
3) Strength Training
- We combine world renowned power lifting protocols with olympic style coaching for sprint and jump mechanics with MLS level ball skills drills to put our athletes in the best possible position to dominate their opponent.
- Our athletes experience dramatic increases in raw strength that translates directly to being more explosive and physically dominant on the field.
- Our athletes learn how to put their bodies in the best positions to create breakaway speed, make instantaneous cuts and enjoy game long endurance.
- Our athletes learn how to manipulate the ball with flawless coordination and control.
